I am bored, seriously bored. It is one of those days in office that time slows down to a crawl. Not that I don’t have work – just that the work is not so critically urgent that it must be completed like now, NOW.
So I am staring at my cubicle, at the tons of papers to be filed, and not wanting to lift a single finger to do it. I am staring at my organiser, trying to do a to-do list but nothing comes to mind.
I need some distraction. At work, in my life, whatever. Preferably distraction in the form of a clever, witty and cute, never mind if he is younger or subscribe to the date-&-ditch philosophy guy (well, I gotta start having a life and gotta start somewhere!) If not, a good dose of partying or retail therapy will do too.
date and ditch? Neh…you’re not the type….you take things too seriously, my dear…
But then again….maybe you shd take a wild ride someday cos’ that’s how I feel these days….so as long as I’m happy, it doesn’t matter….all things turn to dust someday….
sigh, u are so right… where to find my wild-ride partner?!
